Got bat, glove, lipstick and mascara? Okay, play ball!

Columbus-Organizers are proud to announce that the 11th annual Bat-n-Rouge drag softball game will be held on Sunday, June 28.

The game, which has become a veritable Pride weekend institution, will be held at Berliner Park, located at the comer of 1-71

sponsor is Avola Lanza Hair Studio, located at 1417 B Grandview Ave., Columbus.

Anyone can win by wearing the winning numbered wrist band to this years game. The winning number will be drawn at the game and you must be present to win. Wrist bands will be available during the month of June at these locations:

Pre-game activities, featuring Brazon, begin at 5:45 pm. The first pitch will be thrown out at 6 pm by Corbet Reynolds, host of Rudely Elegant's Red Party. This year, the emcee duties will be handled by Peg and Babet, along with the talents of the great Bat-nRouge cheerleaders.

Proceeds from the game will benefit six local gay charitable organizations: AIDS Service Connection, Camp Sunrise, Kaleidoscope Youth Coalition, Living Dreams, Pater-Noster House and Stonewall Union. The Columbus Lesbian Gay Softball Association will also benefit from proceeds from the game.

This year each participating fan will have the chance to win a vacation for two to Cancun, Mexico. This trip includes round trip air from Columbus, hotel and $500 spending cash. Our grand prize

Womyn and Safer Sex Study

Women who have had sex with womyn and men any time since 1978 to now are needed for anonymous, confidential safer sex practices survey for my doctoral research. Lesbian, bisexual and straight identified women all needed.
